Transformed the client's data ecosystem by migrating to Azure, modernizing 10,000 data pipelines, and migrating 600 TB of data for improved performance and scalability.

Established Unified and Governed Data Foundation

Created a unified data foundation based on a Harmonized Data Mesh framework to support enterprise-wide data consumption, enhance collaboration, and streamline data product development.

Enhanced Data Quality and Compliance

Implemented centralized data governance and quality measures, including 600 DQ rules and scorecards, and 1,000+ compliance checks, ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable reporting.
