Individual social responsibility (ISR) is an integral driving force for both the Foundation and Tech Mahindra at large. We encourage all of our associates to engage with their communities through the Tech Mahindra Foundation, partner NGOs, and directly-implemented projects that directly drive positive change while simultaneously enhancing their capacities for empathy and compassion. Our associates volunteer individually and in groups to ensure continuity, innovation, and to serve the greater good while they work.
Tech Mahindra associates are involved in a wide variety of activities. These include teaching young children in municipal schools, mentoring teenagers who are preparing for competitive exams; organising blood donation drives; participating in sports meets; tree plantation drives; Swachhata Hi Seva; and bicycle rallies to celebrate special days with beneficiaries of partner organisations.
