Challenge

The prime goal of the project was to upgrade the Bank’s systems to the latest version of the Core Banking Solution to meet the technological challenges and to build some customized features to meet the Market Demands and retain the Edge in the market.

Solution Highlights

Two-phase Banking Upgrade

Our approach was to split the project into two distinct phases: Phase 1 involved performing a Core Banking Technical Upgrade to the latest stable release. Phase 2 focused on enhancing functionality by moving to new frameworks & modules of the latest Core Banking Release.

Global Banking Implementation

The Core Banking System was implemented across multiple countries in various releases.

Smooth Version Transition

Key highlights included: the smooth transition to the latest version, a well-planned and orchestrated Implementation, and hassle-free project completion as per the envisaged plan.
