Tech Mahindra Achieves Top Rankings in Client Satisfaction and Application Services in Whitelane's 2024 Switzerland IT Sourcing Study

The organization was ranked among the top five providers in the general satisfaction category by Whitelane Research in their 2024 IT Sourcing Study. Additionally, Tech Mahindra secured the second position in customer satisfaction rankings for Application Services in Switzerland.
The Whitelane study analyzed feedback from more than 150 participants of the top IT spending organizations in Switzerland and evaluated more than 400 unique IT sourcing relationships and over 500 cloud platform souring relationships. Over the years, Tech Mahindra has built strong client relationships, delivery models and expertise in new-age technologies, which have resonated deeply with Swiss customers. It is also one of the few service providers with zero unsatisfied customers in the region. In the General Satisfaction with Service Providers category, Tech Mahindra has seen a consistent year-on-year increase in client satisfaction for the last 3 years.
