Pallavi is Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Tech Mahindra and leads the internal technology and digital transformation charter of the organization.

She has over two decades of experience leading various technology initiatives across organizations, including ERP implementations, cybersecurity and infrastructure transformation, mergers/divestitures, setup of offshore development centers, and establishment of global vendor management practices.

A technology strategist with deep focus on enhancing associate experience and productivity leveraging technology, Pallavi believes in empowering organizations on their growth trajectory and creating business value.

Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Pallavi worked with Cyient as Global CIO and spearheaded multiple digital transformation initiatives across its IT services and manufacturing businesses. She has also led strategic portfolios at DuPont and Cognizant in various leadership capacities.

Pallavi is passionate about girl education and empowerment and spends her spare time supporting non-profit organizations working towards these causes.

Pallavi is an IIT-IIM alumnus. She holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from IIT Roorkee, and master’s in business administration (MBA) in Information Technology and Finance from IIM Lucknow. She has also been part of the executive development programme of Yale University.
