Birendra leads the BPS portfolio of Tech Mahindra including the portfolio companies Perigord, Eventus and Activus. He is responsible for establishing BPS as a leading next generation digital partner globally.

He has spent 17 years in the organization managing multiple portfolios. He’s incubated new products, services, and offerings that have been highly appreciated by our customers. He’s also been instrumental in building the BPS organization that has set this business on an industry-leading growth trajectory.

Birendra is passionate about innovation in customer experience (CX), digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data sciences, building the BPS brand and innovation in people leadership. He believes in establishing a collaborative ecosystem and works closely with partners and customers to co-create solutions for the future.

With more than two decades of experience spanning multiple industries, Birendra has been driving the digital transformation for our customers globally. He has led several transformation programmes for clients delivering significant improvements in CX and profitability, and believes in pushing the limits to drive meaningful experiences for people, customers, and shareholders.

He has a Bachelor in Engineering from NIT - Bhopal, is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Lucknow, and is an alumnus of the executive development programme from Harvard University.
