The ARISE program builds upon four dimensions that include academic, social, organisational, and infrastructural to help schools turn into models of excellence.

Shikshaantar
Our Shikshaantar program is dedicated to revolutionising teacher education with a vision to create happier and safer classrooms. The program emphasizes innovative pedagogies, classroom management, technology integration, and social-emotional learning to nurture the next generation of global citizens. The program is implemented directly, at the In-Service Teacher Education Institutes (ITEI), or in association with partner NGOs. Teachers who undergo our program report improved classroom management skills and enhanced confidence in their ability to create a positive learning environment.
