A Letter to Our Customers
Dear Customers,
The world is combating an unprecedented situation where we are forced to be distant to people who matter to us. Even though we may be distant, we are very much connected to our purpose of delivering connected experiences for our clients. In these difficult times, our major focus has been on securing tech assets and ensuring business continuity.
As we keep an eye on the evolving situation, we wanted to reassure our clients that we are drawing on our best resources to ensure business continuity to our clients. Keeping the critical systems of our clients running remains our key priority. Our investments over the years in collaboration tools have helped us take the disruption caused by the Coronavirus in stride.
Our other main priority is the health and safety of our employees. Most of our 138000+ employees are working from home. We are observing social distancing and lockdown orders in compliance with government advisories.
To manifest our intent of #DISTANTBUTCONNECTED in these times, we have also tweaked our logo to showcase solidarity in the fight against COVID-19. The new logo is in line with our commitment towards ensuring well-being of all our associates, clients and customers. You may read more about it here.
We are doing everything we can to return to business as usual without endangering the safety of our employees. We are #DISTANTBUTCONNECTED.
We are together in this and want to ensure you that your business is in safe hands. I am available for conversation and feel free to reach out for concerns.
Sincerely,
CP Gurnani
