Vineet is the Executive Vice Chairman of Tech Mahindra and the Chairman of Mahindra Satyam.

An accomplished leader, he has led several organizations across industries, creating high performance teams and successful businesses. In a career spanning over 40 years, he has worked with the Government, international multilateral agencies and the corporate sector (both public and private).

Vineet started his career with the Indian Administrative Service. While in the Government, he held series of senior positions, including that of a District Magistrate, Secretary - Agriculture & Rural Development for the Government of Haryana and Director, Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India. He also worked with the World Bank for over 10 years in a series of senior assignments, including successively being the Chief for the Energy, Infrastructure and the Finance Divisions for East Asia and Pacific.

In the Corporate sector, Vineet was the founding Chairman & Managing Director of the state owned Gas Authority of India. And in the Private Sector, he served as the Managing Director of HCL Corporation and as the Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies. He was also the founder & CEO of HCL Perot Systems.

Vineet holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts.

CP Gurnani (popularly known as CP) is the MD of Tech Mahindra and the CEO of Mahindra Satyam.

An accomplished business leader with extensive experience in international business development, start ups and turnarounds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, CP in many ways led Tech Mahindra’s transformation journey, where he contributed significantly to the company’s strategy and philosophy. His inimitable style of leadership combined with his sharp focus on customer experience has helped Tech Mahindra to emerge as one of the leading providers of IT Services and Telecom Solutions to the global telecom ecosystem. He also played a pivotal role in the three year transformational journey of Mahindra Satyam and is spearheading the eventual merger with Tech Mahindra.

In a career spanning over 31 years, he has held several leading positions with HCL Hewlett Packard Limited, Perot Systems (India) Limited and HCL Corporation Ltd. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, CP was the Chief Operating Officer and a co-founder of Perot Systems (India) Limited, initially set up as HCL Perot Systems. At HCL Perot Systems, CP orchestrated the HCL Corporation and Perot Systems joint venture from its inception to making it one of India’s top IT services companies.

CP received a chemical engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He serves on the boards of CanvasM Technologies Limited, CanvasM (Americas) Inc, Tech Mahindra (Thailand) Limited, Tech Mahindra (Beijing) IT Services Limited, Mahindra Logisoft Business Consultation Limited, Satyam BPO Limited, Bridge Strategy Group LLC, Satyam Venture Engineering Services Private Limited and Hutchison Global Services Private Limited.

CP takes keen interest in community work and was nominated by Ernst and Young for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2007.

Sujit Baksi is an accomplished business leader with over thirty years of experience in the IT industry. A stalwart in the areas of people management, operations management and corporate strategy, Sujit is President, Corporate Affairs and heads the BPO (BSG) division at Tech Mahindra.

A visionary and natural strategist, Sujit has played a significant role in managing the rapid growth of the organization and is a key member of the executive management team at Tech Mahindra.

Prior to Tech Mahindra, Sujit was with Lehman Brothers where he was Sr. Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. His highly impressive track record includes being President-Global Operations, vCustomer Services and CEO-HCL Technologies (BPO Solutions & Services). He was also EVP-HR, HCL Technologies and has worked with TCS, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Bank of India and Union Carbide.

Sujit is a graduate from Presidency College, Kolkata and holds a Masters degree in Personnel Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

L. Ravichandran has a rich experience of over 28 years in building and delivering businesses to organizations across the globe. Creation of new business lines is Ravi’s strength and he is known for his capabilities in creating high performance teams, delivering quality solutions and nurturing strong client relationships. At Tech Mahindra, Ravi plays a critical role in many initiatives including alliances and acquisitions and is responsible for the delivery of key projects.

Prior to Tech Mahindra, Ravi has worked with reputed organizations such as the National Informatics Center, Tata Infotech Ltd and Perot Systems, India Operations. At Tata Infotech, Ravi headed the Application Solutions division and managed client relations, services and delivery of large accounts.

Ravi holds a Masters in Computer Science degree from ISI, Kolkata.

Sonjoy Anand is responsible for the Finance, Legal, M&A, Investor Relations, Secretarial and CIO functions at Tech Mahindra.

In addition he serves as a director of Venturbay Consultants Private Limited, Mahindra Logisoft Business Solutions Limited, Tech Mahindra (Thailand) Limited, Tech Mahindra (Singapore) Pte. Limited and Tech Mahindra GMBH.

An experienced manager, prior to Tech Mahindra, he has been Chief Executive for a portfolio of businesses with ICI India. Most recently he was the Director Finance of a global business with ICI PLC, based in the UK, with additional responsibility for the Procurement and Information Technology functions. Sonjoy has extensive experience covering acquisitions, divestments and formation of joint ventures.

A graduate in Economics (Hons.) and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Sonjoy has more than 25 years of experience in Finance and General Management.

Amitava Roy is the Chief Operating Officer and leads the Solutioning and Technology Road maps at Tech Mahindra. He joined Tech Mahindra in February 2011.

In an illustrious career spanning close to three decades, Amitava has successfully led several businesses in Telecom, Wireless, Enterprise Consulting and Outsourcing and has worked with HCL Technologies, Hughes Software, TCS and very recently Symphony Services. At Symphony, Amitava was the COO and head of global operations, business units and service lines. During his tenure, Amitava made valuable contributions to the organization by transforming it into a Business Centric Organization and with his inherent flair for talent management and mentoring, spearheaded the transformation across diverse functions like Sales, Finance and HR. Amitava spent 7 years at HCL Technologies, and was an integral part of the team that transformed the company into a billion dollar organization.

A member of a several significant Professional bodies, Amitava is an active contributor at Industry forums and a regular keynote speaker in several national and International conferences in areas of Technology, HR, IT and Innovation.

Amitava holds a Masters degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.

Sujitha Karnad comes with a strong background across operations, Delivery, Quality, HR and Sales, and has held P&L responsibilities in several key positions in leading organizations like HCL Technologies and Siemens. As a natural progression to the roles that she played in her career of over 25 years, she is currently pursuing a doctoral program at XLRI, Jamshedpur in the area of ‘Organization Behavior’ focusing on leadership competencies for change. She is a Marshall Goldsmith certified Executive coach, and has been involved with several ‘Leadership & Change Management’ programs at one of India’s premier business schools ISB, Hyderabad, for the last 6 years.
